The protection of your privacy and the protection of your personal data, the so-called personal data, when using the website is important to us. In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using the website.
Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, addresses, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us is contrary to the applicable data protection regulations, you have the opportunity to complain to the responsible data protection authority.
3. Collection of personal data when using the website
When using the website, we collect the personal data described below, which is technically necessary for us to offer you the functions of the website and to guarantee the stability and security of the website:

Date and time of the website visit
Information you provide via the contact form: first name, last name, email address, other such information given in the message field.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website and the provision of our services and serves to safeguard the legitimate interest of our company. As soon as the personal data mentioned are no longer required for the use of the website functions, they will be deleted.

4.1 Type, scope and purpose of data processing

“Google Analytics”, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94.043 USA, is used to evaluate website usage on our website. Google Analytics uses cookies (see point 4) which are stored on your device. The information contained therein about the visitor’s website and Internet use can be processed and evaluated by Google.
The data collected by Google may be transmitted by Google to countries outside the EU and the EEA, in particular to the USA. However, Google has submitted to the Privacy Shield Framework. You can find more information about your rights here.
In addition, we ensure that your IP address is anonymised before it is transmitted to Google.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is our legitimate interest.
6. Data transmission
We use the personal data of external service providers, so-called contract processors, who process the data on our behalf.
A transfer to external parties abroad, i.e. outside Switzerland, only takes place to countries where an adequate level of protection exists or when we ensure the careful handling of personal data through contractual agreements or other suitable guarantees.
